Using our Reformer beds, this low impact, full body workout will improve your strength, flexibility, coordination and overall fitness. Expect dynamic movements and isolated muscle holds. Open to all, with no pilates experience required. You will need Reformer socks for the sessions; you're welcome to bring your own or we have them to purchase at Ignite. Purchase credits to access this class.
